5月30日，柳州市官塘创业园共有8大项目开工或投产。8大项目多数为承接东部产业转移企业，总投资达5.97亿元，其中有香港财富集团投资两亿元的年产20万台LCD-TV液晶电视机生产线；年产10万吨生物柴油二期工程；年产2000吨糖脂系列食品添加剂；年产3万台涡轮式减速机生产等。官塘创业园距柳州市区7公里，规划面积25平方公里。自该市实施东进战略两年多来，已完成了50个大项目的前期工作。
