（五）工程项目档案归档范围包括项目前期工作、施工过程、验收过程及形成固定资产的一系列书面文件资料。
（六）工程项目竣工验收投入使用后，因故对其进行的改扩建、维修、加固形成的文件资料也应及时归入工程项目档案。
七、建成后的使用、维护和管理
村级公共服务中心建成后，各使用单位要根据自身的实际情况，制定行之有效的使用、维护和管理办法，落实专人进行维护和管理，确保公共服务中心长期、有效和安全使用。
